Returns and Refunds PolicyAt Tina Free Jewellery we take pride in our hand made jewellery. We strive to ensure our products are well made and exiting. As all the jewellery is hand made, there may be small variations from time to time. Returns:We hope you will be pleased with what you receive , but if you are not happy for any reason: 1. Return to Tina Free Jewellery within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange 2. Please return the jewellery to us in its box. 3. Please send an explanation about why you are returning the jewellery. 4. It is important that no one has put the earring hooks through their ears. RefundsUnder UK legislation you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. Please return the jewellery in its box. If your goods are not suitably or sufficiently packed and are damaged in transit we will not be able to refund. Tina Free Jewellery cannot accept liability for packages which are lost during transit.
